A little bit about Audri

Audri has always been able to communicate with nature since a very early age and has always felt magic fill her up inside when she is around worms and in nature. Her deep passions for vermiculture and horticulture stem from collecting fishing worms for her grandfather's fishing trips as a young girl. Her grandfather told her that the worms she collected for him caught the biggest fish and he used to call Audri a "worm charmer". She would spend countless hours in his garden looking under rocks and talking to the bugs. 

These early influences encouraged Audri to get her degrees and certifications in the horticultural sciences, elementary education, and the healing arts. She also has a Master Composter Certification from Denver Urban Gardens and a Permaculture Design Certification from the Denver Permaculture Guild. She has been studying the great mysteries of nature and the universe for the past decade. With all these skills, Audri has been able to develop a way to finely tune into the energies of plants and animals with ease through her love and devotion to nature and energy. 

Audri also helps people discover their own innate wisdom to heal themselves from energetic and emotional blockages and does this through nature walks, crystals, herbs, and Reiki. She practices the Usui Reiki lineage at the Master level and is a clear conduit of Reiki energy. This is her most cherished gift of all. 

Audri is on a Dharmic path, and values service and community tremendously. She has trained with and is deeply influenced by the methods of the Amrit Yoga Institute, and graciously receives the teachings of the great Yogi Amrit Desi and his lineage. Because of these teachings, she is of service to people as a facilitator of the gentle yet powerful guided meditation practice of Yoga Nidra.

Her fondest past times are strolling through gardens, meditating in nature, hanging with her pet rabbit Iris and poodle Margo. Audri loves dancing with her crystal balls, and worm farming is her fondest hobby.
